CV222 Valve's Terms & Conditions – Everything is transparent, no hidden terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between CV222 Valve ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("Member", "you"). By creating an account on CV222 Valve or using the platform in any way, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in Bangla so all Bangla-speaking members can understand them with ease. If anything is unclear, please reach out to our support team.

CV222 Valve is open exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform under any circumstances.

To open an account on CV222 Valve, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must remain active.
• The platform may request a National ID, Birth Registration Certificate, or Passport at any time for identity verification.
• Failure to submit verification documents may result in temporary account suspension.
• Your account login credentials (password) must be kept confidential. Sharing account access with any third party is strictly prohibited.

CV222 Valve reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application, and may do so without providing a reason.

CV222 Valve supports deposits and withdrawals via multiple payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The name on your registered account and the name on your payment account must match before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• If you have an active bonus, wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Deposited funds become withdrawable after being wagered at least once.
• If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, CV222 Valve reserves the right to correct it.

CV222 Valve offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: Before withdrawing a bonus amount as cash, you must meet a specified wagering requirement (typically 10×–30×).
• Time Limit: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Single Bonus: Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• No Deposit Bonus: Free bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be subject to investigation.

CV222 Valve reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Such changes will not apply to bonuses that have already been issued.

Every game on CV222 Valve has its own rules, which you should review before you start playing. A set of general rules also applies across all games:

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is still saved.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, CV222 Valve may void that round and refund the wagered amount.
• All games use a Provably Fair system, the results of which are fully verifiable.

Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CV222 Valve. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Due to a government directive or legal requirement.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before closure. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
